Radiocoms Field Service personnel provide 24 hours a day, 365 days a year maintenance for every customer requiring full maintenance on their radio system. On top of this we have workshop engineers, installation engineers and customer service personnel on hand to take care of any customer's contractual needs.
Our personnel are experts in their field, have hundreds of years combined experience and are trained to the highest standard by every leading manufacturer. We are also approved by the carriage office, OFCOM & we adhere to the FCS silver code of practice.
Our unique Complete Care Scheme is designed to provide our customer's with total cover against any wear and tear or minor physical and water damage that occurs with their equipment. The scheme allows all equipment under this contract to be serviced as many times as required over a 12 month period for a single annual price.
